About this studio
Magnolia Dance Academy has served Summerville, South Carolina since 2008 from 2007 Old Trolley Road, teaching dancers aged 2 to 18 with the aim of building confidence, character and community through dance. Programs are age-banded: Twirl & Tumble for ages 2-3, Tiny Tots for ages 3-4, a Youth Program for ages 4-7, and a Youth Program for ages 8 and up, alongside company programs for more committed dancers. Older youth can take Ballet/Tap/Jazz combination classes, an Acro/Hip-Hop combo, or single-style classes in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip-hop, acro, pom and musical theatre, at every level from beginner to advanced. The studio has five studio rooms with lobby and sidewalk viewing windows and an in-house dancewear shop. Trial classes can be booked, and performance opportunities include a December Christmas Showcase and an optional annual recital.
