About this studio
Kenosha Academy of Performing Arts (KAPA) is a children's dance and music school at 7600 75th Street in Kenosha, Wisconsin, marking its 20th anniversary in the 2025-2026 season. It groups classes by age, from ages 1-2 and 3-4 through ages 5-6, 7 and up, and teen, alongside community performing groups, specialty classes and camps. Music lessons in piano and voice are also offered. Ballet Kenosha is the pre-professional ballet group, open by audition to students aged 5 and in kindergarten or above, which stages The Nutcracker each December and a second production in the spring. A LEAP program develops leadership and independence in teenagers, and KAPA Repertory Theatre was added in 2025. Prospective students can book a free trial class.
