About this studio
Inis Cairde School of Irish Dance teaches Irish dance to children and adults from 6166A Falls of Neuse Road in Raleigh, North Carolina, under the motto 'where a lifetime of friendship awaits you through dance'. Beginner classes are weekly sessions in a warm, supportive setting intended to cultivate a child's love of Irish dancing, with a preschool program for the youngest students. The competitive program provides intensive competition training that emphasises advanced technique while building confident, resilient dancers. An adult program welcomes complete beginners with no dance experience, and half-day summer camps combine dance, theatre and Irish storytelling. Dancers perform in the community and the school can be booked for fundraisers, festivals and special events. The school is CLRG child-protection compliant and offers a free trial class to newcomers.
