Behrens Enterprises

Launch Your Kid is an early childhood enrichment provider operating in Charlotte and the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina. Rather than running its own studio, it delivers programs on site at preschools and childcare centers, often as a center's contracted physical education or movement provider, bringing its own equipment. Its dance program, Daisy Dance, is a ballet, tap and creative dance course for preschoolers that aims to build a life-long love of movement and a foundation for all dance genres through movement patterns and games, ballet technique and dramatic play; girls and boys are both welcomed and children must be fully potty-trained. Dancers need ballet shoes, with leotards and tights optional, and tuition is charged monthly for a weekly 30- or 45-minute class. Parents are invited to a share class at the end of each session or school year. The company also runs Little Buddy Yoga, Fit-n-Play fitness classes, holiday camps, before and after care, and licences its programs to new operators.
