Danzco Dance Academy

Danzco Dance Academy (DDA) is at 19380 Hwy 105 W, Suite 503 in Montgomery, Texas, and also serves the Conroe area, offering instruction to boys and girls of all ages and skill levels on both recreational and competitive tracks. The youngest students start in Creative Movement for ages 2 to 4, using props and activity dances to build rhythm, coordination and balance, before moving into four levels of Ballet/Tap combination classes. Older students take ballet, demi-pointe and pointe (by invitation, generally from age 11 or 12), modern and contemporary drawing on Laban, Cunningham and Graham, jazz, lyrical, tap and Stompin' Tap, hip hop from age 6, musical theatre from age 7, tumbling and pom, beginner acro, and Turns, Elevations and Core technique classes. Demi-pointe and T.E.C. are non-recital classes; other classes feed the annual recital. Summer classes and themed camps such as Rockstar and Princess Week run in June and July. Registration is handled through Jackrabbit.
