Dance Gallery 2

The Dance Gallery 2 (DG2) is a dance studio serving the Roseville and greater Sacramento area of California. The studio describes its approach as creating a positive and rewarding learning experience that reinforces teamwork and family unity, with a staff of teachers dedicated to developing the art of dance through non-competitive but progressive instruction. Hip-hop and break-dance are among the styles taught, covering street styles such as breaking, locking and popping along with the acrobatic footwork and spins of breakdancing. Beyond regular classes the studio offers additional opportunities including community performances, local parades, workshops, Disney performance trips and a student-teaching program in which older dancers train to assist and lead. Students range from young children through to adults, and a DG2 Parent Association, a registered California non-profit formed in 2013, supports the studio's fundraising and productions.
