Cuban Rhythm and Rumba is a family-run dance studio at 1029 Tennessee Street in Vallejo, California, founded to share Cuban culture with the local community. Instruction is led by Cuban teacher Denmis Bain and combines dance classes with Latin-music dance workouts, with an emphasis on movement, self-confidence, mutual support and health. The class list includes Cuban salsa instruction, rumba, Latin workouts, contemporary, and salsa-bachata-merengue workout sessions, with the schedule changing regularly and new classes added. No previous experience is required. The studio also offers body contouring and body sculpting services by individual appointment, and hosts occasional events. Payment is taken by PayPal or Venmo, and refunds are not offered.
