Bruce Wood Dance Dallas presents GLOW
GLOW ignites with Bruce Wood’s No Sea To Sail In — a visually arresting ballet noir that pulses with emotional depth. Lar Lubovitch’s Concerto Six Twenty-Two follows — a sweeping portrait of connection with one of the most celebrated male duets in dance history, radiating humanity in every phrase. The finale: a world premiere from Robert Battle, former artistic director of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. Set to music from jazz legends like Dizzy Gillespie and Chet Baker, Bad Dog No Biscuits is a high-spirited celebration built for Bruce Wood Dance Dallas.
This is dance at its most alive — jubilant, tender, and impossible to look away from.
