WaterTower Theatre is now accepting applications for the 2012 Out of the Loop Fringe Festival, to be held March 1- 11, 2012. The Out of the Loop Fringe Festival will once again be a ten-day mind-blowing spectacle of shows representing groups from DFW and all over the country performing at 3 different venues at the Addison Theatre Centre. Visit www.watertowertheatre.org for more info and to download the application. The cut-off date for submission of the application is November 15, 2011.

In an effort to increase exposure for participating companies or groups, this year WaterTower will be increasing the amount of performances granted to each participant and will be consequently increasing the stipend amount each group receives. In addition, special attention will be paid to performances of 1 hour or less which will allow the pairing of groups in a single slot. That does not mean longer pieces will be disqualified or discouraged in any way, we just encourage you to consider pieces that are of a length that can be paired as we feel it will make for a more exciting festival overall.
