Uptown Players Announces The Limited Return Of The FACTS OF LIFE: THE LOST EPISODE, 4/5 - 4/7

Uptown Players announces the limited return of The Facts Of Life: The Lost Episode at the KD Studio Theatre.  The show will return for three nights only Sunday, April 5 - Tuesday, April 7, 2009, before the cast sails off to perform the show on an RSVP Cruise.

Written by Jamie Morris, The Facts of Life: The Lost Episode is a parody of the popular 1980s television series with an all-male cast as the girls from Eastland College. In this fictional episode, Eastland is short on funds and looking to axe Mrs. Garrett (Paul J. Williams). Natalie (Chris Robinson), Tootie (Darius Robinson), Jo (Kevin Moore) and Blair (Chad Peterson) will do anything to raise enough money to keep her on staff…anything.  As the sitcom's popular theme song proclaimed, "You take the good, you take the bad..." these girls take it all. The play also stakes out new territory with Jo and Blair’s love/hate relationship.

This production is under the direction of Andi Allen, with choreography by Linda Leonard and music direction by Kevin Gunter.

The production runs Sunday, April 5 - Tuesday, April 7, 2009, with shows at 7:30 p.m. All shows take place at the KD Studio Theatre, located at 2600 N. Stemmons Freeway #180, Dallas, Texas 75207. The Facts of Life: The Lost Episode does not incorporate actual episodes. This is a new parody inspired by the beloved sitcom.
