Undermain Theatre is proud to present the Dallas premiere of Pulitzer Prize winning Playwright Annie Baker's John. A haunting and haunted meditation set near the site of the bloodiest battle of the Civil War where a young couple, struggling to stay together, are welcomed to an eerie Bed and Breakfast by an eccentric inn keeper on the weekend after Thanksgiving.

A story of haunting atmosphere, quirky comedy and deeply touching drama combine to make John a unique autumnal performance you won't want to miss. Undermain is thrilled to return to the work of Annie Baker with her follow up play to her pulitzer-prize winning The Flick.

Opening night is November 11, 2017 at 7:30 at 3200 Main Street, Dallas, TX 75216.

Undermain's 34th season moves forward with a piece by a strong female playwright and a predominantly female cast as we continue to explore the rising voices of women.

Undermain Executive Producer *Bruce DuBose directs. He leads a creative team which includes Set Designer *Robert Winn, Lighting by *Steve Woods, Sound Designer Paul Semrad, Costumes by Amanda Capshaw, and Properties by Linda Noland.
