Join us on Friday, July 24th for our next CHANCE CYBER CHAT.
Price: Free.
Location: Online.
Our virtual theater trip keeps rolling along. To date, we've met online to discuss:"Falsettos" (Nominated for 5 Tonys)"Memphis" (Tony Winner, Best Musical)"Kinky Boots" (Winner of 6 Tony Awards, including Musical & Score)"Indecent" (Tony Winner, Best Play) and "Pipeline" (5 Lucille Lortel nominations). It has been wonderful to see so many of our patrons and artists "come aboard" to talk theater and socialize.
On July 24th... we're doing it yet again with...
PASS OVER
By Antoinette Nwandu
Moses and Kitch stand around on the corner – talking, passing the time, and hoping that maybe today will be different. As they dream of their promised land, a stranger wanders into their space with his own agenda and derails their plans. Emotional and lyrical, Pass Over crafts everyday profanities into poetic and humorous riffs, exposing the unquestionable human spirit of young men stuck in a cycle just looking for a way out.
Watch the show on your own* and then join us for the Chance Cyber Chat on Friday, July 24th @ 8:00 p.m. (tech support @ 7:30 p.m.)
* Please note: We are not watching the shows together as part of our Chance Cyber Chat. You will need to watch the performance online beforehand. For more information and to sign up, visit https://chancetheater.com/chance-cyber-chats/.
