Rhinoceros, by Eugene Ionesco and adapted by Frank Galati, showcases a seemingly ordinary Sunday in a small French town that abruptly transforms when citizens begin to turn into rhinoceroses. As chaos unfolds, the reluctant Berenger must grapple with the choice of conforming to the herd or standing apart. Directed by Liz Diamond, this production explores themes of individuality and societal pressure within Ionesco's tragicomic framework. The show runs from March 6 to March 28 at Yale Repertory Theatre.
