She's got a body in Boston harbor, a Soviet spy on the loose, and the H-bomb about to blow.
This Dame's got no time for a honeymoon in Havana...

Join the Sherman Players for this stylish film-noir comedy as RED HERRING by Michael Hollinger has its Gala Opening Night on Friday September 6th at the Sherman Playhouse.  Come for the show, stay for the party!

Directed by Michael J Frohnhoefer (Pride and Prejudice 2023) and featuring a killer cast, this love-letter to 1950's suspense movies is as hilarious as it is gorgeous.  Al Chiappetta's lighting and Terry Hawley's costumes perfectly complement the atmospheric set.

It's 1952 and Joe McCarthy's in the Senate, Eisenhower's running for President, I Love Lucy's on TV and Detective Maggie Pelletier's got to solve her latest murder...  It's a tale of spies, killers, romance, and a boatload of herring!

RED HERRING runs Sept 6 to 28, Fridays and Saturdays at 8.00pm. There are two Sunday Matinees, Sept 15 and 22 at 2.00pm.  Doors open 30 minutes before curtain.
Tickets $24 (Adult & Senior) / $12 (Under 13 & Students with ID) Available at the door or via the Sherman Players website.

We also have our Half Price Dress Rehearsal Preview Night Thursday 9/5 at 8.00pm with all tickets $12 only at the door.

Our Cast Features
Jennifer Wallace, Robert Roda, Maya Daley, Kevin McNulty, Stephanie Hepburn and John Fabiani
