Measure Up is a fractured fairytale musical with music and lyrics by Emmy-winning composer Sean P. Pallatroni and book by Ellis Gage, receiving its first ever full production. The story follows a fairytale princess whose perfectionistic life is upended when she cannot fit into a sacred generations-old dress required by her kingdom's tradition for her to inherit the crown, leading her to pursue dark magic to alter her body. The piece explores themes of unhealthy behavior in service of society's standards and the journey to self-love through a comedic, fantastical adventure with a Jazz-oriented score. The cast includes Alexis Baez, Norah Beauchemin, Maddie Clayton, Shannon Filon, Madison Howe, William Jackson, Daniel Loubier, Brendan McGillicuddy, Leah Mirambeaux, Michela Paul, Isabella Purcell, Angela Rodriguez, Jullia Rozmajzi, Savannah Yvonne Sullivan, Megan Toth, and Angel T. West, with Gage and Tony nominee Mark Mazzarella co-directing and Pallatroni music directing.
