He may not have won the trophy, but soul singer Luke Wade won the respect and praise of his celebrity mentors and fans on "The Voice," and Wade says he is enjoying being on the road with his full band, No Civilians, and getting back to bringing his high-energy style of music to his fans across the country.

Since his run on The Voice, Luke has opened for Patti LaBelle, Andy Grammer, MKTO, Train, Daughtry, Blue October, Green River Ordinance, Ingrid Michelson, Jerry Jeff Walker, OAR, and David Cook.

Recently, the Susan G. Komen Foundation chose Luke to follow last year's artist, Josh Groban, to record the song and music video for their 2015-16 fundraising campaign. He has recorded "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" by Ashford & Simpson with Mia Z from Season 8 of NBC's The Voice. The single releases September 1st and the music video will debut in October 2015 to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Luke Wade will perform live with Mia Z of Season 8 of NBC's The Voice on August 28th at Daryl's House, 130 NY-22, Pawling, NY. For more information call (845) 289-0185. Tickets are $15-$50 and available at ticketweb.com.

Wade says his music explores the space between folk and soul, and he plans to play his original music from both of his full-length albums, "Tomorrow's Ghosts" and "The River", some fan-favorites from The Voice as well as unreleased music.

About Luke Wade:

Growing up in the quiet little Texas town of Dublin seems a fateful beginning for a soul singer. The youngest of four children, a childhood bout with spinal meningitis proved nearly fatal, a paintball accident left him blind in one eye and some years later a severe heatstroke left him with amnesia and took him to the edge once again. Though these experiences inevitably influence Luke, his music remains eternally hopeful without an ounce of resignation.

About Luke on The Voice:

Fort Worth Texas Soul Singer Luke Wade ended up just shy of the Top 4 of NBC's Emmy Award-winning musical-competition series "The Voice" Season 7. Luke remained in the competition at Universal Studios and throughout every episode into the finale this season. Luke was featured on The Today Show, the Ellen Show, Entertainment Tonight, E!, and many other nationally syndicated programs throughout his journey on the show. He was an early favorite to win and was "the face" of The Voice promos starting three weeks out of the competition which began on September 22nd and ended on December 16th, 2014. He managed a 4 chair turn in the Blind Audition and won the Battle Round, the Knockout Round, the Live Play-offs, the Top 12, Top 10, Top 8, and was eliminated at the Top 5 mark. Luke was invited back to compete for the Wild Card round, but failed to advance to The Top 4. He gained thousands of fans, millions of YouTube views, a contract with Fleming Artists, and began a 2015 Tour on January 2nd of this year.
