What happens when the pages of a classic fairy tale and the pages of Vogue collide? Throw in a teen idol, and a reality TV show, and you've got CINDERELLA GIRL. This imaginative telling of the classic Cinderella story has everything you would expect. A poor girl who is under the thumb of a wicked stepmother, her spoiled step sisters, a prince, and a happy ending, but it also breaks convention, and there are plenty of surprises around every corner. Set in a modern fantastical world CINDERELLA GIRL is fast-paced, and loaded with jokes that send up our pop culture. The brand new score is tuneful and witty running the gamut from hip hop to klezmer with a nod to Gilbert and Sullivan along the way. The ballads are heartfelt, and will have you rooting for our girl. This show has something for every-one of all ages!
