ProMusica Chamber Orchestra presents Mendelssohn's Symphony No. 2, featuring a collaboration with the Capital University Chapel Choir and three vocal soloists. This performance marks the orchestra's first rendition of the symphony-cantata "Lobgesang" under the direction of Music Director David Danzmayr. Sopranos Yulia Van Doren and Martha Guth return, while tenor Daniel McGrew makes his debut. The program will also include Giya Kancheli’s Midday Prayers, showcasing ProMusica’s tradition of combining classic and contemporary works.
