A hilarious evening of Neil Simon’s comic artistry at its best: fast, furious and oh so very funny, honoring TV's greatest comedy icons.

"Laughter on the 23rd Floor" is The Rep’s tribute to one of the greatest comedy playwrights of the American stage- Neil Simon. "Laughter on the 23rd Floor" is a testament to his enduring success. Inspired by the playwright’s youthful experience as a TV writer on Sid Caesar’s "Your Show of Shows" and "Caesar's Hour", this slapstick comedy memoir, set at NBC Studios at Rockefeller Center in 1953, is fueled by a neurotic writing staff frantically scrambling (and insulting) to top each other with gags to impress the star, comedian Max Prince, while appeasing NBC executives worried about McCarthyism and "the Red Scare". Explicit language and adult themes.
