About the Position: Reporting to the Controller, the Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing all aspects of a bi-weekly payroll for full-time employees and weekly payrolls for part-time and union employees. They will be responsible for streamlining the payroll system to ensure proper alignment with HRIS functions and union contracts. The Payroll Administrator will administer all payroll related benefits including union, 403B, medical / dental, and Worker's Comp.



This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in combining technical and payroll skills to implement streamlined processes and procedures. The ideal candidate has experience in processing both union and non-union payrolls, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can troubleshoot payroll issues as they arise. They have customer service experience, a demonstrated enthusiasm for the arts, and can work collaboratively with colleagues across a quickly growing organization.
