Listing Information: Guild Hall seeks a hands-on person to manage building maintenance, operational systems and property. Take lead role in identification, planning and execution of building and property repair and renovation, create the annual facility budget, and ensure compliance with safety policies and government regulations. Coordinate event set up, maintain a clean environment, and personally provide advanced level trouble shooting skills for resolution of issues. Hire and supervise contractors to perform work too specialized for internal staff. Manage maintenance and security staff and develop and maintain maintenance records system. Minimum of three years Facilities Management experience or equivalent in related field required.
