It’s that time of year! Are you in love, on the apps, rolling solo, or hanging with the girls this Valentine’s Day? Sabado Night Laughs has the perfect plan for you! Every month, Las Locas Comedy & Pa Fuera Productions hosts an extra loca night of comedy at The Pocket at Surge Logan Square. This month, we’re celebrating Galentine’s Day with an all lady lineup (maybe we’re not all ladies) of the mas loca comedians across Chicagoland! However you celebrate V Day – celebrate with us and the funniest Latinx and BIPOC comedians, honorary locas/os and special guests!

Headliner: Anna Lucero (Laugh Factory)

Anna Lucero is a Chicago-based comedian, actor, and director who has graced stages like Zanies, Laugh Factory, Comedy Bar, and The Comedy Store. Her talents have taken her to festivals such as Latina Comedy Festival and the Burbank Comedy Festival. As the creator and co-producer of The Gogo Show—a long-running showcase spotlighting female and GNC comedians—Anna is a champion of inclusive comedy spaces.

She also co-founded The Lincoln Loft, an evolving performance space and creative hub, with Adam Schulmerich. A graduate of Towson University with a degree in acting, Anna expanded her comedy and directing repertoire through training at The Second City, The Annoyance Theater, Green Shirt Studio, and The Feminine Comique, learning from luminaries like Cameron Esposito, Kelsie Huff, and Ever Mainard.

Beyond the mic, Anna has worked with Lights Out Theatre Company, lending her talents as an actor, director, producer, and all-around theater maker. Whether she’s on stage or behind the scenes, Anna’s passion for storytelling and collaboration shines through.
