Artemisia, the Chicago theatre company dedicated to developing and performing plays that empower women, will devote its podcast series that began in May 2020 to readings of rarely produced classics and all-new feminist plays; and to discussions of the plays with the creative teams.
Full cast and crew have been announced for Artemisia's world premiere production of EVERY WAITING HEART. The drama will be performed at The Den in June 2020 and directed by Artemisia Founding Artistic Director Julie Proudfoot.
The New Colony, under the artistic direction of Fin Coe* and Stephanie Shum*, announces its full 2019-20 season, to presented at its resident home, The Den Theatre, 1331 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood.
