Barenaked Lads to End Run March 8 at the Bailiwick

By:

Bailiwick's Barenaked Lads will end its long run at the Bailiwick Arts Center Studio this Saturday, March 8, 2008. For years, the Barenaked Lads have brought laughter and joy to bachelorettes, their fans and audiences in the Chicagoland area and throughout the country. The latest installment is directed by John Cardone and can be described as a collection of songs and skits that celebrate the male form in all its glory and imperfections.

Currently appearing in this run are returning lads John Cardone and Jared Irwin, as well as newcomers Mickey De Wayne Smith, Jr, Corey Mills, and Alison Logan.

The Lads recently wowed the crowds in Dublin, Ireland at the fourth International Gay Theater Festival and enjoyed a summer run at the Post Office Cabaret in Provincetown. Barenaked Lads will play Friday, March 7th at 8:00 and Saturday, March 8th at 10:00. All tickets are $25. The running time is 75 minutes.
