Immediate Family is a comedy directed by Phylicia Rashad that explores the unfolding secrets during a family reunion. When the middle son brings his boyfriend home, the family's dysfunctions surrounding race, sexuality, and religion come to the forefront. The ensemble cast includes Christina Sajous, Elijah Jones, Freddie Fulton, and Andy Mientus, among others. This regional premiere of Paul Oakley Stovall's timely work runs at Blumenthal Arts from July 29 to August 31.
