CPCC Summer Theatre Presents MY FAIR LADY, 6/4-12

Central Piedmont Community College Summer Theatre, Charlotte's only professional summer stock since 1973, kicks off its 37th season with MY FAIR LADY from June 4th to the 12th. The most famous language lesson in musical theatre history returns to the CPCC Summer Theatre stage this summer with Lerner and Lowe's "My Fair Lady." Winner of the Tony Award, the Olivier Award and the Academy Award, "My Fair Lady" resonates with some of the most beautiful music ever written for the stage - from the alluring "Wouldn't It be Loverly" to the lilting "I Could Have Danced All Night" and the rousing "Get Me to the Church on Time."

Henry Higgins' bet that he can turn a flower girl into a duchess has enchanted audiences for more than 50 years and this season CPCC Summer Theatre brings "My Fair Lady" to the Halton stage with audience favorites Dennis Delamar as Prof. Higgins and Susan Roberts Knowlson as Eliza Doolittle.

The show schedule is June 4, 5, 11, 12 at 8:00 PM; June 6 at 2:30 PM; June 8 at 7:00 PM; June 9 & 10 at 7:30 PM.
