Summer Acting Camp

Summer Acting Camp is a day theatre camp for children ages 5-15 presented by Theatrical Education Group, which has run performing arts programs since 1998. Now in its 29th summer, the camp operates at La Canada High School in La Canada Flintridge, in Redondo Beach serving the South Bay, and at a Central Los Angeles location. Campers take twelve 30-minute classes each day covering acting, singing, dance, improvisation, stage combat, movement, stagecraft, on-camera technique, magic, character development, Broadway repertoire and meditation. Sessions run three weeks, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 3:30pm, with free extended care from 7:30am to 5:30pm, and each session culminates in a final mainstage performance for family and friends.
