Nashville Children's Theatre

Nashville Children's Theatre, the oldest children's theatre in the country, runs NCT Education, a year-round program of classes, camps, and community partnerships based at its 25 Middleton Street home. Programming is organized into three branches. Drama Explorations introduces children to theatre through day camps, Drama Days, workshops, and seasonal classes built around storytelling, imaginative play, movement, crafts, games, music, and collaboration. Drama School offers progressive year-round training and performance opportunities including Company programs, technique classes, and productions for students seeking deeper theatrical training. Community Engagement extends theatre education beyond the building through school partnerships, residencies, workshops, and educator programs. NCT offers scholarships, ticket discounts, and other financial assistance for Middle Tennessee families.

NCT Education is organized into Drama Explorations (camps, Drama Days, workshops and seasonal classes), Drama School (year-round Company programs, technique classes and productions) and Community Engagement (school partnerships and residencies). Registration is handled online.
