WOMEN IN THE SEQUEL To Be Presented At The Green Room 42
Alana Zimon leads the all-female cast performing songs from Lin-Manuel Miranda's hit musical.
The Green Room 42 will present "Women in the Sequel" on May 7th, at 9:30 pm located at 570 10th Ave., Fl 4, New York, NY.
This special one-night-only event brings together an exciting ensemble of performers including Amanada Lund (Eliza Hamilton), Anna Warntjes (Angelica Schuyler), Brandon Antongiovanni (Hercules Mulligan), Cwen (Aaron Burr), Hope Johnansen (Thomas Jefferson/Marquis de Lafayette), Kalynn Alexander (Alexander Hamilton), Madeline Grace (Peggy Schuyler), Marion Avila (John Laurens), Maya Cassell (George Washington), Quinn Hoy (James Madison/James Reynolds) and Sophia Aranda (Mariah Reynolds). Featuring both brand-new faces and beloved Green Room 42 veterans, the evening celebrates women and their contributions across 250 years of American History.
With Ella Bianchi serving as Co-Producer, Co-Director and Stage Manager, Kalynn Alexander as Co-Producer, and Co-Director, and Franklyn Stark as Music Director, Women In The Sequel features the dynamic music of the Tony-Award winning musical, Hamilton.
"Women in the Sequel" is a humorous and heartfelt, gender-bent cabaret celebrating both exciting debuts and beloved returning performers. The performance highlights the strength, resilience, and lasting impact of women across generations, while honoring those who have shaped and touched our lives in meaningful ways. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to The Society for Women's Health Research.
