Factory Salons are informal open mic nights for new musical theatre songs. Emerging and established musical theater writers and performers showcase their original work, often for the first time, at MTF's intimate blackbox setting. Musical Theatre Factory usually presents these salon nights monthly. The Factory Salon-a-Thon is an ambitious presentation of 19 back-to-back composer showcases throughout the course of the New York Musical Theatre Festival, offering late night programming for NYMF attendees and participants.

A Salon-A-Thon all access pass, which provides admission to all nineteen salon events for only $30, is available for purchase exclusively at mtf.nyc/salon-a-thon

Musical Theatre Factory is a volunteer-based organization dedicated to helping musical theatre artists develop and present new work in a collaborative environment free from the pressures of critical or commercial success.
