BWW NY Cabaret Awards Update: Tickets Now On Sale for 2014 Awards Show at Joe's Pub, 2/23; Latest Vote Leaders With 8 Days Left

BREAKING NEWS: With the end of the voting period for the 2014 BroadwayWorld New York Cabaret Awards just eight days away (voting will close at Noon on December 31, 2014), BroadwayWorld.com is pleased to announce that the 3rd Annual BWW NY Cabaret Awards Show will take place for the second successive year at Joe's Pub (The Public Theater, 425 Lafayette Street, NYC) at 6:30 pm. Once again, this Award presenting extravaganza will feature performances by the Award winners (whose schedules make them available), and BWW's New York Cabaret Editor Stephen Hanks will once again host the festivities.

Tickets to the Awards show are $30 for standard and obstructed view seating and $40 for premium seating. There is a $12 food minimum or two-drink minimum per person. Tickets can be reserved at the Joe's Pub website or by calling 212-967-7555. Based on last year's turnout, tickets should go soon after the Award winners are announced so it is suggested you reserve seats as soon as possible.

Again, voting ends at Noon on December 31 (so you can get that done and still have time to prepare for New Year's Eve celebrations) and you can cast your vote here. Winners of each category, along with winners of the Special BWW Editor's Awards for Best CD Release, Excellence In Songwriting, and Dedication and Devotion to the Art of Cabaret, will be announced early the week of January 5. Please Note: All voting results will be tabulated and will be audited at the conclusion of the voting process to remove fake, duplicate, and other invalid votes. The results you see below and at the end of voting may alter slightly or significantly as a result of that auditing process. Ties will be broken based on the total number of votes.
