Coming up this week, 54 BELOW, the performance venue located just below the legendary Studio 54 at 254 West 54th Street, presents some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz and beyond:

ANDREA MCARDLE, February 10, 12 & 13 at 7PM & February 14 & 15 at 8PM:
Broadway's original Annie, Andrea McArdle, returns to 54 Below with an all new show. This fresh musical outing celebrates the power and magic of performing "that great role." Lovers and liars, heroes and villains, elegant ladies & outrageous broads, there is nothing that excites the imagination more than watching a classic character come to vivid life on stage. In Dream Roles, Andrea brings her soaring vocals to some of the theatre's greatest roles, the roles she's loved, the roles she's played and the roles she's always dreamed of performing. At the same time, Dream Roles showcases the dynamic melodies of Broadway's musical masters: Sondheim, Herman, Lloyd Webber, Menken and many more. JOSHUA HENRY: THIS IS LOVE, February 10 at 9:30PM:
Get in the mood for Valentine's Day with soulfully spun arrangements of Broadway love songs, standards and original tunes, performed by Joshua Henry, star of Broadway's Porgy and Bess, The Scottsboro Boys and American Idiot. As a follow-up to his sold out "Soul Weakness" concert, this Tony Award nominee shares unique renditions that blend the current with the classic, in his 54 Below debut. $30-40 cover charge. $25 food & beverage minimum.

LOVE SONGS AT 54 BELOW, February 10 at 11:30PM:
Love Songs at 54 Below - Celebrating a night of love and new musical theater with the best and brightest performers and composers in New York City. The night will feature original songs by Alexander Sage Oyen, Will Buck, Lauren Marcus, Drew Overcash, Zoe Sarnak, and Georgia Stitt. A portion of the proceeds will go straight to the V-Day Foundation. V-Day is a global activist movement to end violence against women and girls. The funniest leading man on Broadway, the handsome and hilarious Christopher Sieber brings his sold out show back to New York! Michael Shapiro and David Christensen met on the border of Florida and Connecticut, graduated from the Boston Conservatory together and went on to complete the prestigious BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Writers Workshop. Following development of their work Cookies, the sordid story of an underground Girl Scout cookie Ponzi scheme, Shapiro & Christensen are thrilled to be making their New York City debut at 54 Below. THE JEFF BLUMENKRANTZ SONGBOOK, February 12 at 9:30PM:
Most recently seen in Off Broadway's Murder for Two, actor and Tony-nominated composer/lyricist Jeff Blumenkrantz presents the world premiere of his song cycle MONTH UPON A TIME, featuring Michael McElroy, Kenita Miller, Julia Murney, Kate Wetherhead, and Jeff himself. MONTH UPON A TIME is a collection of twelve songs, each one representing a different month of the year, based on ideas Jeff collected from his Twitter and Facebook followers for the purpose of this song cycle. VICTORIA HUSTON-ELEM, February 12 at 11:30PM:
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! A finalist in "The Callback" competition, Victoria Huston-Elem returns to 54 Below after her wildly successful cabaret debut in the fall. With a wink, she takes the audience through a series of romantic mishaps (from first kisses to OkCupid) with a hopeful eye on the future and as much honesty as possible. Featuring the music of Andrew Gerle, Cole Porter, Peter Mills, Lydia Benecke, and more, this evening of song and story will charm you right through Valentine's Day to the greatest American holiday known to man: February 15th - the day the candy goes on sale. A VERY BROADWAY VALENTINE'S DAY, February 13 at 9:30PM:
On the eve of Valentine's Day, Kara Lindsay, currently starring in Disney's Newsies on Broadway, will be joined on-stage by her husband Kevin Massey (Memphis), Jeremy Jordan (Newsies), Ashley Spencer (Rock of Ages), Drew Gehling (On A Clear Day), Sara Jean Ford (The Phantom of the Opera), Kirsten Scott (Big Fish), musical director Benjamin Rauhala, and more Broadway couples to be announced in a celebration of Broadway romance, both on and off-stage. The evening will also feature bluegrass trio Shubert Alley, featuring Massey, his brother Patrick Massey, and Jamison Scott. THE NYU N'HARMONICS VALENTINE'S DAY SHOW, February 13 at 11:30PM:
NYU's crazy a cappella group, the N'Harmonics, bring their riff-tastic, balls to the wall show to 54 Below this Valentine's Week. With seriously tight harmonies, waterfall riffing, whistle tones that only dogs can hear, ungodly bass notes, and insane beat boxing, alongside a slew of other vocal acrobatics. MICHAEL MCCORRY ROSE & TIFFANY HAAS: CHEEK TO CHEEK: A BROADWAY ROMANCE, February 14 at 11PM:
This Valentine's Day, Broadway's Michael McCorry Rose and Tiffany Haas, who regularly play opposite each other as Wicked's favorite romantic duo, Glinda and Fiyero, premiere their brand new show at 54 Below. Cheek to Cheek, a fun and flirty evening featuring Broadway love songs, will feature cherished classics from landmark composers: Gershwin to Guettel and everything in between, including songs by some of New York's best new musical theater songwriters. ANNALEIGH ASHFORD, February 15 at 11PM:
Annaleigh Ashford can currently be seen in her Tony-nominated turn as feisty factory worker Lauren in Kinky Boots on Broadway and as Betty DiMello on Showtime's "Masters of Sex." She is also known for her work in Rent (Maureen), Dogfight (Marcy), Wicked (Glinda), and Legally Blonde (Margot). Annaleigh comes to 54 Below with songwriter and music director Will Van Dyke to acknowledge the history of Studio 54 with a classic cabaret that features songs from the days of disco to the haunting melodies of Kurt Weill and Stephen Sondheim. THE SOUND OF THEIR MUSIC, February 16 at 7PM:
Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin'! The time has come for 54 Below to salute the two men who paved the way for modern musical theatre with hit after hit, including The Sound of Music, South Pacific, Carousel, Oklahoma!, The King & I and Flower Drum Song, among others. Not only are tunes such as "Hello," "Young Lovers," "I'm Gonna Wash That Man Right Outta My Hair," "If I Loved You & Edelweiss" part of the lexicon of popular music, the indelible stamp they left on Broadway redefined the American musical. Join us as, each month, we present four of Broadway's most intriguing voices singing their favorite R&H tunes, with musical direction by the extraordinary Andy Einhorn (Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella).
