WaterTower Theatre Announces Cast and Creative Team for RING OF FIRE

WaterTower Theatre Managing Director Greg Patterson and Associate Artistic Director Kelsey Leigh Ervi today announced casting and creative team details for the Regional Premiere of Ring of Fire: The Music of Johnny Cash, Directed by B.J. Cleveland, with Musical Direction by Sonny Franks. Created by Richard Maltby Jr., Conceived by William Meade, with Orchestrations by Steven Bishopand Jeff Lisenby, Ring of Fire: The Music of Johnny Cash will run October 7-30, 2016 in the Canterbury Family Main Stage at the Addison Theatre Centre.

The cast features Spencer Baker as Eddie, Ian Ferguson as Mark, Sonny Franks as David, Katrina Kratzer as Trenna, and Brian Mathis as Jason.

Individual tickets to Ring of Fire will go on sale September 6th at 12 noon and will be available by calling the WaterTower Theatre Box Office at 972-450-6232 or online at www.watertowertheatre.org. Ring of Fire is sponsored, in part, by FASTSIGNS Carrollton and Relax the Back Addison.

Making their WaterTower Theatre debuts in Ring of Fire will be Spencer Baker, Katrina Kratzer, and Brian Mathis. B.J. Cleveland makes his WaterTower Theatre directorial debut.

The creative team, in addition to Director B.J. Cleveland and Musical Director Sonny Franks, includes Bradley Gray (Set Designer),Amanda Capshaw (Costume Designer), Leann Burns (Lighting Designer), Scott Guenther (Sound Designer), Kyle Montgomery(Properties Designer), Kyle Eric Bradford (Dramaturg), Caron Grant (Stage Manager), and Alissa Tiffin (Assistant Stage Manager).
