Glee star Darren Criss ('How to Succeed in Business') performed a special rendition of 'Call Me Maybe' at the GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday, April 20. Check out the performance below!

Criss told the crowd he planned to sing a classic jazz standard for the event until he received a text message from Carly Rae Jepsen which read 'Criss, you have to sing the original lyrics to my song." While the Glee star was a little uncertain at first, he decided to follow her advice and sing the song which turned into a true crowd pleaser.

Among those in attendance at the awards were President Bill Clinton, Harvey Weinstein, Jennifer Lawrence (The Hunger Games) host Drew Barrymore, Kelly Rowland; Leonardo DiCaprio (Inception, Django Unchained); Charlize Theron (Monster); Andrew Rannells, Justin Bartha, Jayson Blair and Georgia King (The New Normal); Chaz Bono (Dancing with the Stars, Being Chaz) and Ryan Murphy.
