Telemundo Deportes Garners Five Sports Emmy Nominations For Telemundo
The network is recognized in all three Spanish-language categories for their live coverage of the FIFA Confederations Cup 2017, Rumbo Al Mundial - 2018 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers CONCACAF, - and Premier League's studio show "Tercer Tiempo." In addition, Andres Cantor, last year's winner, and Sammy Sadovnik were nominated for Outstanding On-Air Sports Personality in Spanish.
The announcement was made today by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Winners will be announced by the Academy on Tuesday, May 8 at at Lincoln Center's Frederick P. Rose Hall in New York City.
