TONIGHT SHOW Claims The Late Night Week Of 2/18-2/22 In 18-49

"The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" has taken the late-night ratings week of Feb. 18-22 in the key adults 18-49 demographic versus "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," according to "live plus same day" figures from Nielsen Media Research.

"Tonight" also ranked #1 for the week in adults 25-54, adults 18-34, men 18-49, men 18-34 and all key adult-female demographics.

Last week at 12:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" ranked #1 versus "The Late Late Show with James Corden" in adults 18-49 and all other key demographics. For their head-to-head half-hour, "Late Night" beat ABC's "Nightline" in all key measures - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, as well as total viewers

"Late Night's" 0.29 rating in 18-49 equals the show's highest in three months (since earning a 0.40 for Nov. 19-23, 2018, the week of a Thanksgiving primetime NFL game). The last time "Late Night" did better with no primetime NFL impact was during Premiere Week (0.30 for the week of Sept. 24-28, 2018).

Meyers leads both "Late Late Show" and ABC's "Nightline" in "most current" season-to-date averages in every key ratings category.

At 1:35 a.m. last week, "Last Call with Carson Daly" generated a 0.19 rating in 18-49, equaling the show's top weeklong rating, excluding weeks of high-rated primetime NFL overruns, since Oct. 22-26, 2018 (0.20).
