TLC will explore Princess Diana's life in an emotional, three-hour special that will tell the story of the "People's Princess" with exclusive footage, excerpts from Princess Diana's interviews from Andrew Morton's ground-breaking BIOGRAPHY and new insight into the conspiracy theories surrounding her untimely death. PRINCESS DIANA: TRAGEDY OR TREASON? premieres Monday, July 31 at 8/7c. Viewers can catch an early premiere of the first full hour on TLC GO starting July 24th.

Not only a humanitarian and style icon, Princess Diana redefined what it meant to be royal as she captivated millions with her down to earth charm. The world got to know her as a young, shy girl and watched her evolve into a fiercely independent woman beloved for bucking the norm and creating her own royal path. PRINCESS DIANA: TRAGEDY OR TREASON? will take a deeper look at her life, the events leading up to the tragic night that ended it and, explore several conspiracy theories surrounding her death. The special will share new details about Princess Diana's challenging life behind the royal curtain with Prince Charles and how protective of a mother she was to her two sons.

Viewers will hear exclusively from famed Princess Diana biographer Andrew Morton. Other interviews include two of her personal friends, Mary Robertson and James Colthurst, Princess Diana's bodyguard Ken Wharfe, royal biographer Ingrid Seward, royal historian Kate Williams and reporters Tamron Hall and Deborah Norville. In addition, conspiracy theorist author and actor Richard Belzer gives insight to various notions of exactly what happened that tragic night.
