Directors Guillermo del Toro and Ang Lee and actor John Krasinski (THE OFFICE, 13 HOURS) joined Academy president Cheryl Boone Isaacs to announce the nominations for the 88th ACADEMY AWARDS in all 24 categories at a special two-part live news conference held this morning. Oscars for outstanding film achievements of 2015 will be presented on Oscar® Sunday, February 28, 2016, at the Dolby Theatre® at Hollywood & Highland Center® and televised live on the ABC Television Network at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT.

THE REVENANT leads the pack with 12 nominations, including Best Picture, Best Actor (both Lead and Supporting) and Best Directing.
