According to the Hollywood Reporter, Joy Behar's nightly talk show will not be renewed by HLN. Her last broadcast is scheduled to take place sometime in December. Currently, HLN is not disclosing which of its shows will take Behar's place in the 10 pm time slot.

In a statement today, Behar commented, "I am very proud of the show that we created at HLN and I owe tremendous thanks to the show team who made it possible."  Scot Safon, the network's general manager offered his gratitude to Behar, "Joy and her team produced over 500 episodes of a show that featured news-making interviews, great conversation and plenty of humor. We thank Joy for the many memorable moments she gave the HLN audience."

In the two years that it has been on the air, Behar's show was actually a rating's success for the network. Safron has commented that the cable network is hoping to move its focus on the upcoming political race in Washington as well as coverage of the US military situation overseas.

Behar will continue her hosting duties on ABC's THE VIEW.
