Spike TV's LIP SYNC BATTLE Holiday Special is Ratings Gift for Network

Spike's first ever "Lip Sync Battle" holiday special was a ratings gift for the network. Featuring the cast of the hit film "The Night Before" including Seth Rogen, Joseph Gordon Levitt, Anthony Mackie, and a cameo appearance from the legendary group Run DMC, the telecast delivered 1.8 million viewers and was the ranked #1 entertainment show on cable with Adults 18-49, Women 18-49, and Women 18-34. The one-hour original special was 57% female, delivering on Spike's mission to broaden its audience.

The "Lip Sync Battle" holiday special was a digital hit as well. Joseph Gordon Levitt's unforgettable performance of "Rhythm Nation" alone garnered 6 million Youtube views to date and counting.

The new season of "Lip Sync Battle" debuts on SPIKE on January 7, 2016 with a special episode with Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum featuring amazing performances, unbelievable sets, OUTRAGEOUS costumes, and the queen of all surprise guests.
