Spike TV is partnering with Nintendo of America for a live, commercial-free broadcast of the company's presentation during the 2012 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), the game industry's leading trade show, today, June 5 at 12:00pm ET/9:00am PT. The presentation, shown live from the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, will provide viewers with an inside look at Wii U and Nintendo 3DS games, exclusive trailers, and more. The special event will telecast on Spike TV and MTV2 as part of the Spike TV's "E3 All Access Live" live program, which features more than 17 hours of multi-platform coverage from the 2012 Electronic Entertainment Expo.

"This year's E3 will be one of the most anticipated in history and we're looking forward to delivering the network's biggest coverage ever by working with industry titans like Nintendo," said Jon Slusser, Senior Vice President, Sports and Multi-platform Programming, Spike TV. "We are excited to give viewers an exclusive look at the great Wii U and Nintendo 3DS games coming from Nintendo."

"Partnering with Spike TV to showcase our newest products enables millions of people across the country to join in the fun of the show," said Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America's Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. "It's a great way to find out all the latest Nintendo news from our presentation as it happens live on stage."

Nintendo's event, the Nintendo All-Access Presentation @ E3, is one element of Nintendo All-Access programming, a weeklong series of announcements, activities and coverage. Nintendo will be using a mix of online, broadcast and social platforms to provide a steady stream of breaking news and announcements during the show.

Nintendo's presentation on the morning of June 5 will air on Spike TV's "E3 All Access Live" coverage, which will feature gaming exclusives from Spike TV's state of the art HD studio overlooking the Los Angeles Convention Center. Spike TV's "E3 All Access Live" will unveil the biggest games from E3 before any other network with breaking news, live demonstrations, world premiere trailers, in-depth interviews and expert analysis. Spike TV's 2011 live E3 multi-platform special was the number one destination for E3 coverage last year*, garnering more than 10 million combined online and on-air viewers, and was also the largest live streaming event in Viacom history.

"E3 All Access Live" will be supported on Spike TV through "GTTV with Geoff Keighley," "All Access Weekly" and "Playbook 360;" online on Spike.com and GameTrailers.com; socially through its Facebook and Twitter feed @SpikeTV; and through mobile phones and tablets including iPhone, iPad and Android devices, as well as on the big screens in New York City's Times Square. Also, for the first time ever, Spike TV will partner with sister Viacom Media Networks, including MTV2; MTVU; VH1; Tr3s: Música y Más and others to provide additional programming coverage.

Spike TV is available in 98.7 million homes and is a division of Viacom Media Networks. A unit of Viacom (NASDAQ: VIA, VIAB), Viacom Media Networks is one of the world's leading creators of programming and content across all media platforms. Spike TV's Internet address is www.spike.com.
