DIY Network's back-to-back premieres of Rev Run's Renovation on Saturday, January 4 at 10p ET/PT attracted 442,000 total viewers, helping the time period's P25-54 rating grow 62% over year-ago levels and 31% over the prior 13 weeks. During the 10-episode series airing on Saturdays at 10p ET/PT, the home's remodel becomes a family affair as Rev Run, his wife Justine, their kids Daniel (Diggy), Russell (Russy) and Miley, and a team of builders work together to completely renovate their 9,000 square foot New Jersey home. As the family mansion is gutted from top to bottom, Run and Justine debate the new design possibilities for each space. Rev Run and Michael Lehman are executive producers of the series.

The series attracted a strong male audience which allowed DIY Network to achieve its highest rated Saturday night among M18-49 since August 2013. In addition, more than 137,000 people viewed tweets about the series, making it the 16th ranked series on cable on Saturday, according to Nielsen Social Guide's Twitter TV Unique Audience.

We're not surprised that viewers responded so favorably to Rev Run's Renovation," said Steven Lerner, senior Vice president, programming and production. "This is a great way to start the year. Our viewers definitely can't get enough of renovation themed series, but the fact that in this series Rev Run of the iconic rap group Run DMC is providing them with an insider's look at the renovation process, and sharing how it impacts his own family, makes it even more special."

DIY Network also reported that it ended 2013 on a high note -- scoring its #1 Wednesday prime ever among A25-54 and A18-49 on December 25. The day's programming pulled in 2.1 million total viewers.
