Today, Quibi - the mobile-first streaming platform - has announced the latest upcoming show featuring Dr. Woo the most in-demand tattoo artist in the world entitled, 'MOVING THE NEEDLE WITH DR. WOO' (working title). In the show, Dr. Woo will give a rare deep dive into his personal life and private creative process.
