Powerful Performances to Mark Fifth Anniversary of Telemundo's PREMIOS TU MUNDO

A message of peace and unity will mark the fifth anniversary of TELEMUNDO's live broadcast of PREMIOS TU MUNDO (Your World Awards) from the AmericanAirlines Arena in Miami, Florida, which promises a memorable show featuring moving performances that will harness the power of music to celebrate the hope of a better future. The awards show will air Thursday, August 25 at 8pm/7c, preceded by the blue carpet special "La Alfombra de Premios Tu Mundo" at 7pm/6c.
Spanish-language television stars Carlos Ponce, Carolina Gaitan, Jeimy Osorio, Laura Flores, and Raul Gonzalez will join voices on stage for a moving performance of the iconic song "Solo le pido a Dios" (I Only Ask God) with impactful imagery of recent world events as a backdrop. In another equally powerful moment legendary singer Jose Feliciano will interpret "Aleluya," because darkness will never be stronger than light, nor pain bigger than hope. Hosted by beloved TV personalities Rafael Amaya, Aracely Arambula, Fernanda Castillo, David Chocarro, Carlos Ponce and Maritza Rodriguez, the event will also feature high energy performances and surprise collaborations by Cali y el Dandee, Chino & Nacho, Daddy Yankee, El Mola, Intocable, Jose Feliciano, DJ Juan Magan, Luciana, Luis Enrique, Farruko, Reik, Regulo Caro, Sin Bandera, and Sebastian Yatra.
