Comedian Pat Oswalt, of Caprica, Dollhouse, and sitcom fame, is set for a recurring character arc on season 4 of JUSTIFIED.

Oswalt will play Bob Sweeney, a former high school classmate of Raylan's (Timothy Olyphant) who is now a local constable, TVLine reported today.

Developed for television by Graham Yost and starring Timothy Olyphant, Justified (TV-MA) is based on the popular Elmore Leonard character "Deputy U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens" from his short story Fire in the Hole and some of his other novels.

JUSTIFIED is set to begin filming this month and will premiere on FX in 2013.
