"The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" and "Late Night with Seth Meyers" have scored decisive wins for the week of Dec. 5-9, delivering #1 ratings versus their ABC and CBS time-period rivals in every key ratings measure - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, plus total viewers.
"Tonight" outrated "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" in adult 18-49 rating by a +58% margin (with a 0.87 rating vs. a 0.55) and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" by +93% (0.87 vs. 0.45).
At 12:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night" averaged a 0.45 rating in 18-49, to tie ABC's "Kimmel" despite starting an hour later. Meyers outrated "Kimmel" for the week in men 18-49 and adults, men and women 18-34
At 1:35 a.m. ET, "Last Call With Carson Daly" averaged a 0.29 rating in adults 18-49 for the week, pulling within 0.02 of a point of ABC's "Nightline" and CBS' "The Late Late Show with James Corden" (0.31 each), despite starting an hour later.
