NBC's THE VOICE is No. 1 Show Among Big 4 In All Key Demos

NBC wins the night among the Big 4 in all key demos - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54.

NBC's THE VOICE (2.0/7 in 18-49, 9.3 million viewers overall from 8-10:01 p.m. ET): On a night of Halloween distractions ranks as the #1 show of the night on the Big 4 networks in every key demographic - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 (including a tie in women 18-34). Wins the time period among those nets in all key demos (including a tie in women 18-34).

Beats "Dancing With the Stars" by a +33% margin in 18-49 (2.0 vs. 1.5 from 8-10 p.m.).

Will add significant viewership via time-shifting and VOD - so far this season, "The Voice" is growing by +28% in 18-49 rating going from L+SD to L+7 (from a 3.09 to a 3.94) and +2.5 million viewers overall (11.8 million to 14.3 million).

Upscale: "The Voice" is generating a solid upscale audience, indexing at a 113 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes (100 represents an average concentration of those homes).

"Timeless" (1.1/4 in 18-49, 5.3 million viewers overall from 10:01-11 p.m. ET): Outrates ABC's CMA special (0.7/2) in adults 18-49 by a +57% margin and tops the special in all other key ratings measures.

Among ABC, CBS and NBC, finishes behind only CBS' "NCIS: New Orleans," and note that CBS' ratings currently include NFL coverage in the Minneapolis market.

On a night of Halloween distractions, is currently running within 0.2 of last week's 18-49 rating (1.1 vs. 1.3) and is retaining 97% in total viewers (5.334 million vs. 5.474 million).

Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting and VOD - "Timeless" has increased by +71% so far this season in 18-49 rating going from L+SD to L+7 (from a 1.63 to a 2.78) and 4.3 million viewers overall (6.9 million to 11.1 million).

Upscale: "Timeless" is delivering a strong upscale audience, indexing at a 117 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Monday Night: In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.6/7; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.1/5; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.8/5.

In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.7/4; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3.

From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.2/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 1.4/5 in metered-market households; CBS's "Late Late Show," 1.0/4. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.4/3 in 18-49; "Late Late Show," 0.2/2.

At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.

For the Week: NBC has finished #2 for the primetime ratings week of Oct. 24-30 among adults 18-49, behind only World Series-boosted Fox, and in averages that count only non-sports / entertainment programs, NBC ranked #1 for the week, leading for the fifth time in six weeks so far this season.

Excluding sports programs, Monday's "The Voice" and Tuesday's "This Is Us" were the #2 and #3 primetime programs on ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX for the week in 18-49, behind only CBS' "Big Bang Theory."

Counting sports telecasts except for pre- and post-game shows, NBC got top-30 rankings for the week from Eagles-Cowboys "Sunday Night Football" (#2), Monday's "The Voice" (#8), Tuesday's "This Is Us" (#9), Tuesday's "Voice" (#12), Tuesday's "Chicago Fire" (tied for #21), Wednesday's "Law & Order: SVU" (tied for #26) and Thursday's "Chicago Med" (tied for #26).

According to "live plus same day" ratings from Nielsen Media Research, NBC ranked #2 among the Big 4 networks for the week in every key demo, behind only World Series-boosted Fox. Counting only entertainment / non-sports programming, NBC won the week among those nets in adults 18-49, adults 18-34, adults 25-54, men 18-34 (tie) and all key adult-female demos.

Season to date, NBC ranks #1 among ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX in adults 18-49, adults 25-54, adults 18-34 (tie), men 25-54 (tie) and all key adult-female demos.
