Mexican Television Star Jacqueline Bracamontes Joins Telemundo For Long-Term Multi-Project Deal

Renowned TV host and actress Jacqueline Bracamontes, one of the most important figures of Latin American television, signs a multi-project long-term deal with Telemundo to include hosting and her return to acting. Her first project with the network will be to host the new primetime sports and entertainment show "Viva el Mundial y Más" to premiere on June 14. Jacqueline will be joined by Karim Mendiburu of "Titulares y Más," for the new program which will air Monday to Sunday at 7 pm/6c, and will feature daily highlights and updates of all the action and current topics taking place in Russia during Telemundo's Spanish-language coverage of the 2018 FIFA World Cup™.

"I am extremely happy to join the Telemundo family and be part of the network's talent roster," said Bracamontes. "Viva el Mundial y Más is just the first of many projects that are coming up in this new and fascinating stage of my career."

"Viva el Mundial y Más" will be a daily celebration of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ covering all the action and stories of the day from Russia, in addition to the slew of stars from the world of entertainment and musical performances, among others. Additionally, the show will include regular updates on fan activity across all social media platforms through the program's social media reporter, Jessica Cediel.

Jacky, as people know her best, has starred in several successful telenovelas such as "Las Tontas No Van al Cielo," "Heridas de Amor" and "Sortilegio," among others. In recent years, she has hosted multiple Spanish-language television shows including the Latin Grammy Awards, Premios TVyNovelas, Premio lo Nuestro, Nuestra Belleza México, as well as countless specials. Bracamontes served as judge for two years in the beauty competition "Nuestra Belleza Latina" in the U.S., and has been the host of "La Voz México" (The Voice Mexico) for five seasons. The talented Mexican host and actress, has graced the cover of some of the top fashion and lifestyle magazines in the world and has been a spokesperson for major advertising campaigns in Mexico and the U.S.
