Melora Hardin Joins 'Outlaw,' Returns to 'The Office'

Deadline.com reports that Melora Hardin (CHICAGO, 'The Office') will be joining NBC's new drama 'Outlaw' in a recurring role. She will also return to NBC's 'The Office' for multiple episodes in Steve Carell's final season.

Best known to television audiences for her role as Jan Levenson, Steve Carell's rigid former-boss and love interest on NBC's "The Office," Melora Hardin's impressive career spans a variety of mediums, including numerous television series, several films, two CDs, live concerts, and Broadway.

In addition to her television work on "The Office," Hardin is also known for portraying Tony Shaloub's dead wife in the hit USA Network series "Monk." On the big screen, she was seen in the film Seventeen Again, opposite Zac Efron, which hit theatres in April 2009.

Hardin appeared in CHICAGO through Thursday, February 12, 2009. Other stage experience includes her role of 'Fantine' in the acclaimed Hollywood Bowl production of "Les Misérables in Concert" directed by Richard Jay-Alexander.
