According to ComingSoon.net, Mark Hamill will be reprising his role as James Jesse, aka 'The Trickster' on the CW's 'The Flash' series. He previously played an incarnation of the same character in the 1990s.

An official description describes Hamill's Trickster as 'an anarchist terrorist con man serving a life sentence in Iron Heights who helps Barry and Det. West to foil the city-wide attacks of a wannabe Trickster eagerly following in the original's deadly footsteps.'

Hamill reprised The Trickster character in a voice role on 'Justice League Unlimited,' but this will mark his first reprisal of the role in an on-screen format.

'The Flash' on CW began airing in October 2014, and is based on the DC Comics hero THE FLASH who has the power to move at superhuman speeds. The show is a spin-off from CW's 'Arrow' and exists within the same universe. 'The Flash' airs Tuesday nights at 8pm EST.
